Dear patients,

Level 2 Dental Restrictions are currently in effect from July 15th 2020. We are still open but are restricted to certain procedures.

We are asking all patients to observe social distancing and proper hand hygiene:

– Please come alone to your appointment. Social distancing & patient limits apply.
– Upon arrival, please use the hand sanitiser provided and refrain from touching your face/mouth.
– We will be continuing asking you some screening questions before your appointment as well.

Online bookings are still active for your convenience – Our team will have to make contact with you after you book online to run through some questions with you.

Thank you for your support and understanding as we navigate these tough times!

Just a quick message to all our patients – Dental is at Level 1 restrictions as of 8th July 2020. Rest be assured we will be in contact with you if this changes – but for now, sit back, relax and [insert fun isolation activity] :):)

A very big warm welcome to our newest dentist – Dr. Daniella Lee.

Dr. Daniella Lee joins us all the way from the lovely town of Ballarat, where she was practicing for a few years before moving back to Melbourne.

Daniella is great with our anxious patients and children, as she is gentle and approachable. She has a keen interest in airways and sleep, and in particular how problems in these areas can be identified, prevented or treated by dentists! Daniella is also fluent in Korean as much as she hates to admit!

Outside of the dental world, Daniella enjoys cooking (but enjoys the eating part more), exercising and planning her upcoming wedding. She is an overprotective dog-mum to her white mini bordoodle, and probably knows the A-Z of all things dog related!

Be sure to say hi to her if you see her around the practice.

Dear patients,

We are delighted to announce that from Monday, 11th May 2020, we will be moving to Level 1 Restrictions. This means we are able to perform all our usual procedures.

We are asking all patients to observe social distancing and proper hand hygiene:

Online bookings have also been restored for your convenience – Our team will have to make contact with you after you book online to run through some questions with you.

Thank you for your support and understanding as we navigate these tough times!!

Dear patients,

We are delighted to announce that from Monday, 27th April 2020, we will be moving back to Level 2 Restrictions. This means we will be able to perform a wider range of essential dental treatment for our patients.

While this is great news, it does not mean we will be able to perform all procedures just yet! We are still prioritising dental emergencies, so please call or email our team and they can assist you accordingly. We will be here for you when this all settles to provide you with exceptional dental care and to nag you about flossing and brushing your teeth!

Please note our opening hours & phone number have changed temporarily due to COVID-19.

Online bookings are not available during this period – you will need to call or email us to arrange an appointment.

Thank you for your support and understanding as we navigate these tough times and hope we can count on your support when we return. Until then, stay safe and do your bit to flatten the curve!

To our lovely community of patients,

Thought this would be a good time to update you on the recent developments surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

We are still open and seeing patients and will continue to follow direction from the relevant Health Authorities.

Please be advised, we are continuing to adhere to the strictest infection control measures and have added some additional measures that you may notice when you visit us.

  1. We have removed all toys and other items from our reception area.
  2. Please try to limit the number of people who accompany you to your dental appointment. If it is for a child, try to ensure only 1 parent/guardian is present.
  3. We ask that you use the hand sanitiser upon arrival and leaving the premise.
  4. Please refrain from touching your face/mouth.
  5. Apologies that we will not shake your hand at this time! There will be plenty of time for that after all this.

In the interest of your safety and our practice and patient safety, please read through the follow questions and give us a call ASAP if you have answered ‘YES’ to any of the following.

  1. Have you or someone in your immediate family travelled overseas in the past 2 weeks?
  2. Have you been in *CLOSE or **CASUAL contact with a confirmed OR suspected case of COVID-19?
  3. Do you have any of the following symptoms:
    • Generally unwell
    • Cold/flu-like symptoms
    • Sore throat
    • Cough
    • Runny/stuffy nose

We’ve just been informed that certain networks (such as Optus) are unable to call us on our main number: 03 8759 4490 (either goes straight to Voicemail or it rings without any connection to our side).
