Good news for nib members!
From 15 October 2026, Dental at Keys is proud to be part of nib’s First Choice No Gap dentist network.
That means eligible nib members with Extras cover can have their routine check-up and clean, including X-rays, with us at no out-of-pocket cost.
We’re proud to be an nib No Gap dental practice, offering eligible nib and nib partner brand members 100% back on preventative dental check-ups. T&Cs apply.
What does this mean for you?
- No gap on your check-up and clean. Eligible nib members pay nothing out of pocket for their routine preventative visit, including X-rays.
- Claim on the spot. Just bring your nib card (physical or digital) and we’ll claim through HICAPS at the end of your appointment.
- Stretch your Extras further. Agreed rates on other common treatments can help reduce what you pay for the rest of your dental care.
Why regular check-ups matter
A check-up and clean every six months is one of the easiest ways to keep your teeth and gums healthy. It helps us find small problems early — like decay, gum disease or a cracked filling — before they become painful or expensive to fix.
Now, for eligible nib members, there’s one less reason to put it off.
Who is eligible?
This applies to nib members (and nib partner brand members) with Extras cover that includes general dental. Your annual limits and waiting periods still apply. Not sure what your cover includes? Check the nib app or call nib, or ask our front desk team and we can do a quick estimate for you. Find more information here: https://www.nib.com.au/health-information/extras/no-gap-dental
If you need other treatment at the same visit, we’ll always explain any costs before we go ahead.
