There are 3 types of Zip accounts – Zip Pay, Zip Plus and Zip Money
Zip Pay requires:

- Verification of your mobile number
- Facebook, Paypal or LinkedIn account in your name

Zip Plus requires:
- Can be upgraded from Zip Pay to Zip Plus
- Your Zip Pay account will be closed

Zip Money has a significantly higher limit and as such requires additional information over Zip Pay:
- Residential and employment status
- Income & other resources to meet loan repayments
- Transaction history via an online bank account

Zip is a line of credit – a credit check may be performed
You may be required to pre-approve the Zip ‘order’ prior to your dental visit
Once approved, you are ready for your appointment!

Does Zip charge interest or extra fees?
Many Zip plans are interest-free, but some may have a small monthly account fee. All fees are transparent and explained upfront, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying.
How do I pay with Zip at Dental at Keys?
Once your Zip account is set up, simply tap your Zip card (via the Zip app) at our EFTPOS machine when it’s time to pay. Please mention to our team that you’re using Zip so we can make the payment process smooth for you.
Larger payments may require manual barcode or app approval.
How do I sign up for Zip?
You can apply through the Zip app or their website—it’s a straightforward process. Approval is often instant, so you can arrange your dental appointment without waiting.
